Volunteer Opportunities

There are many opportunities to use your time and talents to help our students have a successful year! Help is greatly appreciated in a variety of ways from helping as traffic volunteers, at school events, and on field trips to engaging in advocacy, serving on the PTA board, assisting in the library, and so much more!

Becoming a Volunteer

Volunteer roles where you will be around students or at the school during school hours require that you complete the Seattle Public Schools (SPS) Volunteer Application Process and get verified by Cedar Park Elementary. 

Step 1: Complete steps 1 through 3 of the SPS Volunteer Application Process.

Step 2: When you have submitted your background check, email or visit Kelley (kshofmann@seattleschools.org) in the main office at the school to complete your registration with Cedar Park Elementary. She will need to verify your ID.
