VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Promote our school:

• Our school's funding and strength are directly dependent on how many kids are enrolled. Help us share why our Cedar Park Elementary is so special!

• sign-up to hang signs (at your convenience!), or help at the Monday 12/8 Cookies & Cocoa night or at the SPS enrollment fair on Saturday 1/10. Lots of easy ways to help!! See sign-up genius for more details.

Tuesdays 12/9/25 - 6/2/26 | Help with Art Classes on any given Tuesday!

Take on a role with the PTA, join:

Advocacy Committee

• help ensure our school stays funded and open

• share school board and important information with Cedar Park families

Fundraising Committee

• help plan Dine-Outs

• help plan going to professional/collegiate sporting events

• help with movie nights

• help with the Mid-Winter Festival

Equity Committee

• ensure our Cedar Park families and community feel safe and heard

• help support marginalized Cedar Park members find resources

• provide guidance to our PTA and school leadership to keep things equitable

Art Docent Team

• help our Art Docent ensure we have adequate volunteers

• on-site support of visiting artists on Tuesdays (must be an approved volunteer)

• help to keep Art Room stocked/organized

• determine best ways to share information amongst families

DONATION OPPORTUNITIES

• • Giving Tree: Contribute a gift, a book, a sweet treat or a grocery gift card to Cedar Park families in need. Let's help our community have a cozy and festive holiday season! Please bring donations ASAP to the school office; deadline is December 18th.

  • Choose a month! |  Donate ground coffee or k-cups for teachers/staff

  • Any Time! | Bring snacks for "back-up classroom supply" to the office. No nuts or sweets, please.
